The staff is VERY VERY friendly and helpful. We had an issue with booking. Com not having finalized my reservation and they we're more than patient and allowed me to stay in my room until it was all straightened out. The breakfast was very good also, with lots and lots of options.
Honestly the customer service was great! The front desk personnel was an absolute life saver. They were super helpful and if it weren't for them I fear we would've spent hundreds more trying to get back home since our car broke down. Inn wise - They were helpful with most accommodations we lacked (no extra pillows). Rooms were as good as I gets for the price. There were a couple of hairs/lint on the beds and one of the beds were super noisy everytime we moved but all in all it was great. Sorry I didnt take any photos... I basically just used the inn to shower n sleep. Thats it. Frontdesk man - ily
The rooms are clean and nice. But the gentleman at the front desk was what really made me write a review. He was the most pleasant person I've ran into working the desk of a motel in a very long time. He makes you feel very welcomed here. And he is very polite in today's world that is very rare.

I unexpectedly had to pull off the highway last night. I just happened to be going through Madisonville and was just looking for a place to sleep. I wasn't expecting much. When I got the the lobby was all remodeled, smelled fresh and clean. I got to my room and it was all remodeled, smelled fresh, big screen TV, very comfortable bed. It was all new. I got up and ate a full breakfast. I was more than pleasantly surprised. For the area, this is a 5 star motel. You and your family will be very comfortable. Brad B.
I’m a young woman and am typically afraid of going to hotels alone. For obvious reasons and because I’m terrified of bugs. Was on the way to Houston from Dallas on no sleep. Almost napped in my car but I read the reviews and gave it a shot. 10/10. I showed up at about 10:30p. I was still unsure of the place from the outside. But Clean is an understatement. Everything and every corner sparkled with no dirt. Front desk attendant was very friendly and professional. Everything was pristine in my room. I felt mostly safe. I put a chair against the doors and didn’t have any concerns after that. I’d probably do that at most places. The bed was very comfortable. In the morning I saw staff deep cleaning the outside of the building. They had coffee in your rooms and free breakfast and coffee in the lobby. The breakfast bar was also insanely clean. I would absolutely stay here again.
My favorite part is they have no carpet in their rooms. My second favorite part is their front desk staff. They are truly one of a kind! Love them.
